What we collect on this website

• Contact details you choose to send us (for example, your name, email and message when you email us or request a demo).
• Essential technical data needed to serve the site securely. This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Data in the platform

When you use the Enervid platform, Enervid acts as a data processor on behalf of your organisation (the controller). Your organisation decides what data is uploaded and who may access it. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Cookies

The application uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (HTTP-only session cookies). We do not set non-essential or marketing cookies on this website.

Legal basis

We process contact data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Where your data is held

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (see our Security & data page).

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform data is retained according to your organisation's agreement with us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@enervid.com. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
